There is one thing I am sure of
My grandmother was the woman who influenced my childhood
In such a matter that I used to dream about dying next to her when I'll get old
But time has passed and I left the house in which
I used to wake up listening to her voice
One day she told me
Careful little person there is a strange world out there
She never said dangerous and never advised me to be afraid
Just to be careful because the monsters you'll meet are pretty and friendly
They'll drag you after them to some killing fields
She always said look up little child tonight stars will fall
But don’t you fall apart even if the one you love most goes to Sarajevo
And never comes back just listen to the radio
Your friends will keep your dreams alive but you will know how to shred them
Better than anybody else look up little kid look up there is a wonderful world out there
Don’t strangle the desire to go and seek what is hidden in the dark
Why should you be afraid when no one else knows how to
No no my child you don’t need to disappoint me I am old and dying
But still happy
